Pam Metivier

Pam Metivier is a product marketing executive with 25+ years of experience driving AI, SaaS, and emerging technology solutions across healthcare, tech, finance, and education industries. She has a proven track record in developing data-informed marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, designing marketing tech stacks, and executing successful product launches for both B2B and B2C markets.

Over the course of her career, Pam has advised and supported more than 100 clients—from early-stage startups to global enterprises—on market research, product positioning, demand validation, and go-to-market strategy.

She co-founded two tech startups and led a consulting practice (Monsoon Strategy) for over 15 years before joining W. L. Gore, where she applied her expertise in customer insights, digital transformation, and GTM execution to drive innovation. She is the author of a bestselling book on internet marketing and affiliate strategy—used in graduate-level programs—and holds a Product Marketing Leadership certification.

Pam currently serves as a Fractional CMO at The Process Fixer and is the founder of Colibrété, a consulting firm that specializes in leveraging AI and data analytics to measure product demand, optimize sales and marketing performance, and drive business growth.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, she partners with clients and collaborators around the world.

William (Bill) Hardy is an award-winning global marketing and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and strategic clarity across the pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and healthcare consulting sectors. He brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, global branding, product launch, and market development—paired with a strong track record of execution across complex, highly regulated markets.

Most recently, Bill served as Global Brand Leader for Medical Products at W. L. Gore & Associates, where he led global brand, congress, and HCP education strategies across cardiovascular, aortic, peripheral, and general surgery specialties. His tenure was marked by record-breaking Net Promoter Score improvements, multimillion-dollar operational savings, and the launch of Gore Learn360, a global education platform designed to drive long-term growth and customer engagement.

Prior to Gore, Bill held senior leadership roles at BD, Abbott, and AbbVie, where he consistently delivered market-leading performance through first-in-class product launches, transformative go-to-market strategies, and global partnerships generating over $1B in revenue. His domain expertise spans molecular diagnostics, pain care, oncology, women’s health, and surgical specialties.

Bill earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance, and holds a BA from Penn State University, where he was a scholar in the Schreyer Honors College. He is also the author of Front of the Line Coaching for College Students and serves as a mentor and advisor to emerging leaders in business and healthcare.
